Control in the palm of your hand

There is money in my account, but how much is really left to spend?

Radix is an internet banking system that helps customers achieve financial mastery in two steps

Step 1: Eliminate Surprises

Large Infrequent Expenses

Knowing the rego is due, and having saved enough to pay for it, are two different things

Unplanned but mandatory expenses

Whether its a wedding gift or emergency medical treatment, some expenses can't be avoided

Step 2: Keep some fuel in reserve

You don't want to run out of petrol. You certainly don't want to run out of money. Radix helps you build up and keep a "reserve tank" as a safety buffer against unexpected expenses.

How does it work?

Intelligent algorithms analyse expense history

Radix analyses your spending across accounts and classifies expenses based on frequency, merchant, and keyword

Everything starts with how often you are paid. There is little point budgeting monthly if your income is fortnightly.

Radix detects regular mandatory expenses like rent, phone bill, and health insurance, and sets a budget for those items.

Infrequent expenses such as car insurance are detected for the entire year. A budget is automatically calculated to set aside enough each period to build up a reserve.

You decide your saving level: this amount is automatically transferred to a linked saving account at the start of each period.

Whatever is left is classified as Spending. A simple bar chart compares how much you've got left to spend against the time remaining until you're paid again, so you can see how you are going at any time.
